The deadline for Christmas winemaking is almost here!
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have fewer bottling appointments available per day than we used to be able to offer pre-Covid. This is to allow for appropriate sanitisation between appointments and to follow social distancing protocols.
Also, we have experienced a busier-than-usual fall season and have many batches of wine on premise that will be ready to be bottled in November and December.
We have decided to open 7 days a week in December, thereby ensuring that everyone who orders before the deadline will be able to bottle their wine before the holidays. If you haven't ordered yet, please don't delay!
